Public relations consultant


Criteria:

• a higher education/a college degree
• at least 2 years of experience as a PR manager, preferably in economics or finance
• experience in PR campaigns planning and implementation (specific examples are a plus)
• knowledge of mass media relations specifics, established relationships with members of the press
• negotiating experience and presentation skills
• solid copywriting technique
• knowledge of Kyrgyz and Russian languages 

Principal duties:

• developing and implementing PR campaigns
• performing information field and target audience analysis
• writing and posting news items (press releases, articles, comments, etc.)
• monitoring and processing data stream
• planning events involving mass media

Working hours:

• Part-time till June, 2010
• Full-time starting from June, 2010
